Amer Sports Corporation (Amer) offers a wide ranges of sporting goods with international presence through various brands such as Salomon, Arc’teryx, Peak Performance, Atomic, Mavic, Suunto, Wilson and Precor. Company sells its products to trade customers such as sporting goods chains, specialty retailers, mass merchants, fitness clubs and distributors. It also sells its products directly to consumers through brand stores, factory outlets, and e-commerce. Amer offers sports equipment, apparel, footwear, and accessories for sports, including tennis, badminton, golf, American football, soccer, baseball, basketball, alpine skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing, fitness training, cycling, running, hiking, and diving. Company’s business activities are primarily classified into three business segments: Outdoor, Ball Sports and Fitness. Amer’s outdoor segment offers footwear, apparel, winter sports equipment, cycling, and sports instruments. Ball sports segment provides sporting goods to individual ball sports under Wilson brand name and team sports under Wilson, Slugger, Demarini, and evoshield. Company’s fitness segment offers fitness equipment under Precor, and Queenax brands. Amer own production facilities in Bulgaria, Austria, France, Finland, Canada and the United States.

For the fiscal year ended December 2017, company’s revenues increased EUR63.1 million or 2.4% to EUR2.7 billion, as compared to the revenues in fiscal 2016.
