Deckers Outdoor Corporation (Deckers) is one in designing, marketing and distributing innovative footwear, apparel and accessories developed for both everyday casual lifestyle use and high performance activities. The company markets its products primarily under five proprietary brands: UGG, Koolaburra, Hoka, Teva and Sanuk.
